Peter Zaenker

Peter Zaenker completed his A.R.C.T performers diploma, BMus. guitar performance (UBC), Masters of Arts Education (SFU),  as well as Artists and Instrumental pedagogy diplomas from the Cologne Musikhochschule (Germany).  His main teachers were Stephen Boswell, Michael Strutt (Vancouver) and Roberto Aussel (Cologne).   He has performed in masterclasses with many luminaries of the classical guitar world and is a past top prizewinner at the Northwest Guitar Festival.   He has performed as a guitar soloist with local orchestras and is part of the "Kaleidoscope duo" with Larisa Lebeda (violin).    In addition to standard classical guitar repertoire, he specializes in music for weddings and events and is a music educator in the New Westminster school district.
